We called on Saturday morning to order powdered milk, the product would be ready for collection in the afternoon from 6.30pm, once we arrived there at 6.30pm they told us that the product was not in the warehouse and therefore it had not been possible to find it. I give 1 star not only because they didn't warn us, making the task of finding that formula impossible at 7pm on Saturday, but above all for the arrogance shown by the girl who served us who continued to deny that the problem was theirs, without assume his responsibilities Really rude!
