Pay attention to the prices displayed. Having entered to purchase an antibiotic, I was attracted by the promotional price EXPOSED for a well-known sleep supplement. After payment I notice that the price paid is more than double what I expected. I return to the pharmacy to point out the problem and the staff points out to me that the price tag placed exactly in correspondence with the purchased goods was not related to the product purchased... ok... but the price tag corresponds exactly to the product purchased and and relating to a similar product (among other things, the tag is written very small). I am offered a product change or a voucher. I will not accept a protest... and the staff threatens to call the police.... but we're joking

I went yesterday to take a Covid swab which came back positive in a clinical analysis laboratory, which should be more reliable... not convinced, I went to the Vivona pharmacy and guess what? It was the one from the pharmacy that tested negative.. negativity confirmed this morning by Usca..., I highly recommend the pharmacy because they were very kind and the swab was performed as best as possible without unnecessary "digging" in the nose and throat.. thank you

I was there yesterday for a swab test, the two operators are very professional, and at the same time they make everything very simple and much less traumatic for you even communicating your Covid positivity. I think I understand that they are husband and wife. In any case, thanks. Highly recommended pharmacy. Paul.
