I won't choose her again!!! Is it possible to sell the same products in their adjacent distributor at a significantly lower price than inside the pharmacy itself? "Decision made by the owner" I heard a rude reply. Bad choice in my humble opinion. Leaving the pharmacy and realizing that you paid more for the exact same product It's really irritating and very unpleasant. Ridiculous to say the least, you feel cheated.

After some time and after several negative experiences I find myself having to change my initial 5 stars, the pharmacy remains well stocked and offers various customer services; but at least two of the ladies behind the medicine counter are very rude, on more than one occasion I encountered marked rudeness! the staff behind the counter is there to advise, inform and guide the customer with a smile if possible! Don't appear annoyed even in the face of any form of ignorance in a subject you know little about; I think the owner is the only man, he remains a helpful and courteous person, it's a shame he loses the entire pharmacy due to some cases of rudeness

With sadness on Christmas day I go to this pharmacy on duty in my area for an emergency, I am treated like a fish in the face by the doctor with reddish hair of about 45 years old, not the youngest on duty. Treated with superficiality and arrogance. I understand the frustration of working on Christmas Day, but on the other hand, she chose her profession and its risks. I will continue to go to the adjacent Ballò pharmacy which is very kind and always stocked It's a shame to relive these situations in such a delicate moment that we are going through

The opening hours are very convenient. Helpful and competent staff. In the dermocosmetics department they are always able to recommend the product best suited to my needs or even for gifts which are always greatly appreciated. It is now my trusted pharmacy

One for the courtesy I received for the delivery of medicines at home. Today, after a long time, I went out, I went to take my medicines and on the way out the pharmacists or doctors (?) a blonde and a brunette laughed at me, I don't know why, I just know that it hurt me and I won't go back there anymore . Rude.
