Good competent people kind... During the Covid period they treated me more than the family doctor
Unfortunately I'm having problems with the short doctor who creates an inconvenience every time, today she didn't even change my medication even though the mistake was theirs and I had the payment receipt in hand! Even though all the other staff are good, especially the brunette doctor, I have to say that I won't go there again, really disappointed.
I must say that I have always been going to this pharmacy and I have never had any problems. Everyone is good, except for one, the short one who arrived recently, I think she should do another job.
3.00pm Pharmacy closed, on Google it shows continuous hours, you are not a shop but a pharmacy and the opening times should be respected
Before I was better there it was a welcoming place even if it is a pharmacy now since they joined the Collefiorito pharmacy I don't like it... it seems to me a high class pharmacy is not welcoming at all luckily two doctors have stayed at least you can go there speak calmly, the others have a unique coldness.
