We have been customers of this pharmacy for over 20 years which, in addition to being well stocked, has a trained, kind and always smiling staff. Often even a smile helps like medicine.
As always, for many years now, the kindness and professionalism of the professionals within this pharmacy have always been constant as far as I am concerned, also offering something very precious: listening. And beyond this, comparison and advice. When a commercial activity becomes service and support, a territory appears better than it often is. Thank you.
I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy, unfortunately my mother paid €65.00 for a blood pressure holter and was unable to do the requested test due to a malfunction of the machine. She was not compensated for anything, not even a voucher to purchase drugs.... Basically STOLEN money.
- Response to managers' comment: Dear pharmacist, from the comment following the review, I think he probably made a bit of confusion with some other customer or was/was not present at the time we tried to exchange the damaged product. I understand that he blatantly defends those who work in his shop. But was he present? It speaks of a lack of courtesy on my part, uncontrollable anger (even) and inability... Excuse me but are you a psychiatrist or a pharmacist? I doubt you participated in the clarification that was reported to you, in your own way... I remind you that the kindness you demand should always start from those who have a business, but the staff completely missed it. Deciding whether or not to change a product based on your liking for a customer is discrimination. Talking about someone's inability, who they don't know, is ableism. In this case, a clear excuse for not replacing anything.- ******************************************** Review I posted on 10.20.2023: Be careful what you buy... ..A ninety year old goes to the pharmacy, as he has always done for a pharmaceutical product. As soon as he leaves the shop, he unfortunately realizes that something is wrong... I help him immediately and return to the shop, with the product and receipt in hand to show in a civil manner the anomalous state of the packaging, soaked in liquid and without protection... "Old product? Stored where? Is the customer obliged to keep damaged products? Where is it written? There are no signs on display reminding customers not to replace the products even if anomalies are found in them" Shop assistants more attentive to cash needs than to the public? They refuse, not only to change the product to an elderly gentleman who is their customer (unfortunately...) despite the obvious loss of oil in the package, but also to return the sum paid for the purchase made, in a slightly arrogant and deprived manner. of no consideration towards those who had preferred to use them over the years rather than elsewhere, but, they assert that the product in question had been delivered "intact", they doubt the customer's word as they have no intention of proceeding with the (due) replacement. But, if it had really been sold intact, (according to them...) would we have made an elderly person waste precious time and money and then ask for the product to be replaced?
A little nervous with customers? From the responses they give to the comments, it is immediately clear that they do not accept criticism and do not admit their own mistakes. For example, they never advise when the ordered drugs are available again and when.
