It usually happens that if they don't have a medicine it is ordered, which in theory wherever you go it arrives the same day as long as you order on time, otherwise it arrives the next day. The fact is that having ordered a medicine I was told that it would arrive the next day, I returned when I was told and nothing, in theory there had been a setback (and there is), but maybe ask for a number so as to advise when the order arrives, but in reality the thing that is most annoying is that they take advantage of the price, the first time it happens that I find myself having the price written off by hand in the box and being made to pay more.

You ask for a medicine, they don't have it, they tell you that if you order it it will arrive the same afternoon, too bad it doesn't arrive and in addition to not notifying you, you go there and queue (because slowness seems to be quality) and they tell you that over if they don't have it they don't even know when it arrives.... I wanted to remind you that you are a pharmacy and not a clothing store and if something ordered doesn't arrive when requested, nothing happens. Little availability and no professionalism.

One note, apart from the completely rude elderly pharmacist. While I was out looking at the products in the window, a pharmacist came out to take a swab from a customer less than a meter away from me without even notifying me, at least she could make me move a little 🤷‍♂️

Excellent pharmacy, well organised, kind and courteous, and also well stocked, I recommend it

Why make the opening and telephone available and then not answer?
