It is the second year that I come to Italy for the kindness and courtesy of the people. Too bad this pharmacy made me change my mind. There is a very rude blonde lady. If you are in Italy, avoid this shop, go instead to Piazza Ferrari where there are competent and polite people. I came in August 2023. I don't think the management has changed these days. In any case I will never come back to you again!!!

Incompetent, rude and arrogant staff. Absolutely to avoid hoping you don't need it. There is a blonde doctor who addresses clients with arrogance and condescension. Among other things, in the response to my review they say false things. No claims, we just asked why the recipe had expired. It was enough just to explain with kindness and education and be clear... without making us return unnecessarily. Their standards of education and kindness are probably very distant from ours. Reading the other reviews, for many people education is something else. It is useless for them to always answer that they are waiting with open arms... soon no one will go there anymore.
