Went several times.... friendly staff except 1 with shoulder length hair and black glasses... who should go to work in the countryside alone... very rude..... arrogant empathy doesn't even know what that means you only need a degree to work in a pharmacy, I'm sorry... but above all you need and cannot lack kindness... and understanding the needs of customers because if we go to the pharmacy it's not to get sweets, much less to have a drink .....
Unfortunately they don't seem to know the difference between U-40 and U-100 insulin syringes and continue to insist that they are the same thing, complete with a mathematical proportion on a piece of paper. This type of carelessness in your profession puts at risk all the people who turn to and rely on you and who, due to a similar error, administer incorrect dosages with very serious consequences. I invite you to review your professionalism and complaint handling. As GRADUATED staff as you are, I certainly expect greater attention to be paid to the use made of certain purchased products, given that you don't need a degree to sell creams and sweets.
