What a great pharmacy. I got sick in Olbia on a work trip and they were all very kind and helpful. I really appreciate all they did to help while being friendly.
Very large pharmacy, equipped with a special counter for the numerous offers relating to non-medical products. The presence of a reserved car park is very useful in a very busy street like Via Vittorio Veneto. Three pharmacists at the main counter are extremely helpful and kind.
Super-stocked pharmacy and well-trained and friendly staff. I would especially like to thank a girl named Rossella, truly empathetic, patient and sweet, who helped me a lot. In this pharmacy they also do swabs and it is a truly useful service during this period.
Good morning, I needed a drug urgently in the evening and it wasn't delivered to me because I needed a prescription. We're not talking about a drug that could have narcotic characteristics or anything else, but a simple antibiotic, Monuril, which practically has only one use. Moral of the story, I had to accompany the person who needed it to the doctor's office, since the GP couldn't give her the prescription (it was August and in the evening) and the emergency room was congested, a thousand vicissitudes... a nightmarish and painful night just because you are bureaucrats.
Lazy staff, yet another pharmacy in Olbia that refuses to give gluten-free products to a celiac because the ASL is late in making payments 😅 as long as you have to pay for all smiles and niceties when then you have to guarantee a service to a citizen suddenly they treat you like a leper
