I did there antigen test for 15€, it took about 10 minutes and I received Green Pass right away. The staff was very helpful although I don’t speak Italian

I brought the prescription for the drug, which I have been taking for years, for a thyroid problem. They didn't have it and they booked it. The next day it arrived: 3 packs of 30 vials, all expiring on June 15th!!! Considering that, obviously, I take one vial a day, one pack will have to be thrown away!! I immediately tried to contact them to report it and ask for a box to be replaced: they replied that they all arrive with a short expiry date (2 months??!!) and that they cannot replace it! Maybe they should have seen this peculiarity and pointed it out?? Or at least admit the mistake and replace the packaging with another one with a longer shelf life! Long live waste!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

Extreme disorganization of vaccination services provided in agreement with the Lombardy Region. Vaccine delivered more than 1 hour after the appointment time, with a queue standing on the sidewalk. Customers who requested swabs (for a fee) were systematically passed in front of customers queuing for the vaccine (paid by the National Health Service). I highly recommend booking elsewhere to get vaccinated in more professional facilities that respect appointment times.

This morning I went to this pharmacy for the fourth dose of the anti-Covid vaccine. I found the organization to be excellent: no waiting and the employee at the reception is very polite and very fast. I highly recommend anyone who needs to get vaccinated to go here. I would like to point out that the vaccines (anti-flu and anti-Covid) are carried out in a room that has a separate entrance from both the pharmacy and the one for swabs. In fact, the entrance is on Piazza Five Days between numbers 5 and 7.

Unhelpful staff. I booked (one day after another, on the Region's website) a vaccination for Covid and when I went to the pharmacy I was told with total disinterest that their vaccination center is closed. They sent me somewhere else without bothering to be helpful even though, apart from me, there was no one inside the pharmacy.
