This has been my pharmacy since the day I moved in this neighborhood 20 years ago. They’re kind, knowledgeable, professional and always have a treat for my dogs.

The medical staff is not particularly friendly. I found it inappropriate for a pharmacy in the center of Milan to charge for blood pressure measurement. This had never happened to me before. Obviously it was the cost of a coffee so it's certainly not for that but it's the gesture that drives away rather than attracts customers.
Any time you go to this pharmacy you find a queue, very slow and disorganized staff, they say they have the products and then they can't find them and in the meantime you have wasted 20 minutes in line (a real situation that has happened more than once). Every time I promise myself not to go back, I hope yesterday was the last time, this time for real.
Excellent vaccination service. Friendly, prepared, scrupulous, efficient.
