I spent many years in Gaeta. I always trusted this pharmacy. They speak English fluently, they are very helpful. I always got the right medicine to my troubles. The selection of medicines and other things was good.
I don't speak Italian well, went into this tiny pharmacy looking for something for my daughter's canker sore.i translated it correctly and even asked for a specific item, Pyralvex,which we have used successfully in Italy. He didn't have it so he puttered around until he found some mouth drops he told me would work like Pyralvex which cost 13 Euros. It did nothing, I looked it up and it's for infant mouth thrush. I feel scammed.
Well-stocked pharmacy, the largest and I believe also the only one in Medieval Gaeta. The service is excellent as is the competence. You can find everything from over-the-counter medications, to thermometers, to accessories, to various prescription medicines. Kindness and attention towards customers. It deserves five stars.
It would be difficult to review a pharmacy, however I think the service is functional and friendly. Complete and stocked pharmacy
