Rude staff with little desire to work. Today I went to this pharmacy to buy some perfumes that are displayed in the entrance, and obviously since there are many fragrances I decide to try the testers one by one. The pharmacy was empty around 4.45pm and there were three pharmacists fooling around talking to each other and staring at me almost annoyed by the fact that I was taking up time, so one of them approached exclaiming: "You're welcome! Do you need it? I saw you here.” (Almost as if I had to steal something!) Meanwhile, the first step is to greet the customer. After finally finding two pleasant fragrances I notice that they are out of stock, so I go to the cash register to pay for another product and to ask if they have other stocks of those two perfume fragrances in stock and another annoyed colleague greets me exclaiming "Ah here finally!". (MEANWHILE I COULD HAVE STAYED FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS TRYING THE TESTERS, DAMN YOU IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH) Here's another one (yes you with glasses), annoyed at answering questions and ready to dump me. CLASSIC PEOPLE FRUSTRATED BY THEIR WORK AND THEIR LIFE, ALMOST FORCED TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE BOUND BY A PERMANENT AND A FEW WASTED YEARS OF UNIVERSITY BEHIND THEM. TO BE IN CONTACT WITH THE PUBLIC YOU PRINT A BEAUTIFUL SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND YOU'RE EVEN COURTEOUS TO THE DEVIL INSIDE! PS I found the perfumes online for €7 less.✨

I asked for an aerosol and they placed one on the counter like it was a box of vitamins. After struggling to get through two explanations on the characteristics, I trusted it only to then realize that it was not ultrasonic as I asked but compressor-based. And then we complain that people buy on the internet

Bad experience.... not recommended in terms of organization.... from 5.30 pm (appointment made a month ago) we entered at 7.15 pm... cramped waiting place for swabs... on arrival about 20 people waiting...the reservation has no value...first come, first served...unheard of...leaving a mother with a child of about 4 years old in the pouring rain outside...after repeated complaints from those present managed to get in... before offering a service, organize yourself... and let's all remember that the wheel turns for everyone... in no pharmacy in the area does such behavior exist....
