friendly, professional and trained staff. Excellent pharmacy
Extremely rude pharmacist. Apart from not even the slightest courtesy towards me. The behavior with another customer was much more serious, with whom he began to rant out loud because the prescription had not been filled out correctly... Furthermore, the customer was a foreigner and was holding a child no more than 2 years old. Really tasteless.
I am a regular customer, I usually feel good and I perceive empathy and sensitivity, but the staff is not always the same and today on shift I was served by a pharmacist who used absolutely unprofessional and offensive terms and attitudes. I didn't raise my tone but perhaps it was worth expressing my thoughts.
I needed some information and both the pharmacist and the doctor were really kind. I have never been to this pharmacy but the way they related I will definitely go there!
Called for information, someone answers me by shouting and then hangs up. One thing is for sure: they will never see me
