Terrible experience hearing a pharmacist reply "...and what did I have to tell you?", especially when dealing with the intricacies of healthcare bureaucracy in order to obtain a life-saving drug and when talking about elderly people, who have become too fragile in a short time. A little more information would have saved us a thousand hassles and a thousand problems, but the saddest thing is to see that now, after the oldest pharmacist retired, things are changing here too. So I ask myself, did I speak to a pharmacist (whose job is to give medicines, but also to inform, thus taking care of the patient, especially when he is very fragile) or to a simple operator?

Kind and competent pharmacists. They are also good at preparing Bach flowers, at an absolutely honest price

Please don't go for tests like Holter. I had a very bad experience. The doctor who put the electrodes on me wasn't capable. I was there in a small room, with my chest exposed and a person putting on, taking off and putting back the electrodes. I've been there waiting for the end for a long time. I almost didn't want to take the report back, but then I took it. Paying a lot for it. The cardiologist made me do it again because it was done so badly.

Competent staff and doctors, kind, patient and understanding. Well-stocked pharmacy and good suggestions in case of confusion about which products to use. In conclusion, my ideal pharmacy!!!

I want to compliment all the staff at this pharmacy... they are always very kind and helpful in explaining things, today I would like to particularly thank the doctor who was on duty this morning... I stopped by in the early hours of the afternoon to ask what to do with a product that didn't work and she was very kind!!!!!
