The owner refused to issue a voucher for the return of a child's electric toothbrush, which was returned intact 1 hour after purchase due to an error. I was forced to replace with other products immediately, which was absolutely not correct, it wasn't medicines! Among other things, it WAS my go-to pharmacy. To never again!

There is a lack of friendliness, I was with my three year old son taking his medicine, the pharmacist whose name I don't know in a rude tone of voice says that she doesn't understand what is written in the prescription and can't decipher it, My little boy wanted to pee and the poor thing asked where the bathroom is, the pharmacist replied, the bathroom is not for customers. I understand and know very well that the bathroom is not for customers but the child is only three years old, he started running around the pharmacy between the shelves, the reason was because he was peeing and I couldn't catch him, being very lively he couldn't stopped. The pharmacist lady came out a little irritated by my son's behavior. Finally I picked him up and went out. I don't know if this lady has children but she needs to learn to be friendly and kind to customers. I don't go to this pharmacy anymore.
