I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years now where friendliness and courtesy are at home. Doctor Cecilia is a special person, kind and rigorous, and Gianluca and Vincenzo are also competent and very helpful.
Polite and helpful staff. It is also possible to make requests via WhatsApp. I needed a drug that was not available in Lazio and other regions but they managed to get it to me within 3 days. They are 4 km from my house but the possibility of having a pharmacist of this trust doesn't make me mind the distance. Thanks guys for your work.
Finally a pharmacy that restores the title and role that such a place should have in our city. Availability, education, courtesy, kindness, smile, and natural predisposition to listen to the "Patient" (NOT Customer). All seasoned with experience, empathy and great professionalism. Pharmacies are now aseptic boutiques selling products; I have two little girls who regularly get sick on Friday afternoons (a classic), and I have never found a pharmacy in the neighborhood where the pharmacist was that point of reference who should make up for the temporary absence of the doctor, or the paediatrician. That person who listens for a moment to what the problem is, with an attentive smile, and who helps you where medical skills are needed. I finally found all this. It's my pharmacy!
I have been to this pharmacy several times lately.. Friendly staff, excellent advice and helpfulness. The pharmacy is located near the Metro B Laurentina stop in the Eur area. It is possible to book via WhatsApp, they have an online service for gluten-free and protein-free products, veterinary, orthopedic and a well-stocked cosmetics department. I recommend it to you!
