I agree with Mr Massimiliano, consider that I live 20 meters away, and after the rude attitude towards me, I prefer to arrive at Viale dell'Aeronautica. A BIG difference.

Zero empathy. Flexibility of an oak. If you need help go elsewhere. I'm on holiday in Rome for a few days and I'm taking a strep test from them for my 12 year old daughter (then positive) with a fever of 39 and a very bad sore throat. Since I don't have an antibiotic prescription (my doctor is nowhere to be found), the lady at the pharmacy says (she will later deny having said it!) that if I have a recent prescription it could be fine. I retrieve it via email and introduce myself again, also explaining the seriousness of the case and the situation, but I receive a clear refusal. Formally "by law" no rudeness will get 10 with honors but perhaps a caterpillar has more empathy in understanding that a tourist can also be helped in critical cases with small children. And denying what was said 30 minutes earlier in front of other witnesses is truly a bad sign of moral unreliability. A few hundred meters away a very friendly pharmacist gave it to me, understanding the situation and also giving me instructions to report the case to the appropriate channels regarding the lack of support received.

Always attentive to customer requests, including telephone ones. Equipped, available, welcoming. The parapharmaceutical department is also well stocked and competitive.
