I frequently use this pharmacy and I can say that I have often found not only a professional and adequate service but also good human contact. In addition to being a beautiful, historic, clean, captivating structure, those who work there also add a lot of value. If I can give a single piece of advice, I think it would be useful to give customers the opportunity to use the multiple product stands (not drugs) independently. Often before purchasing my prescriptions I would like to take a look at the part dedicated to skincare but I feel a little overwhelmed. pressure given the presence of pharmacists there, perhaps by offering baskets at the entrance one could take them and thus silently signal that they want to take a tour independently before going to the pharmacist... I also really hope one day they can offer an online catalogue!

Always kind and very professional

I don't live in Turin but in Germany, while passing through I chose to enter this pharmacy because it has a large showcase of Dr.Scholl footwear. After a short wait in the shoe department, a young lady arrives and immediately scolds me just because I was asking for explanations from the gentlemen who weren't there before...and who therefore I thought were after. She is the employee and immediately attacks me saying that she was serving them further down the line... ok I understand. But the manner and the ugly energy of wickedness of this woman insider was beyond imagination. He continued petulant and aggressive, with a blatant and horrible rudeness. Such an INDECENT employee doesn't work for the public in Germany! With unprecedented shamelessness he constantly scolded me and in fact he didn't want to serve me by continuing to attack me with accusations of making scenes and theatrics, just because I was addressing a man in a white coat, Dr. Pharmacist..and Dr. Pharmacist...and we couldn't leave, there was a queue at the counter!!. Treated badly by a horrible aggressive, mean and frustrated evil woman. Never in my life has this happened in any shop, and to think that in a pharmacy the welcome should be greater and more loving. None of this. A pharmacy to avoid, as if hit by the bad energy emanating from the clerk, a dark-haired woman with a bad, ugly face who looked like a demon. I felt like crying, I was sick for months and I couldn't stay there any longer, so I left. Santa Maria Collegiate Pharmacy.

I called on the phone about a problem that the other pharmacies didn't want to solve. They responded to me immediately, they solved everything in an instant. Very kind . It's my first experience with you but it was perfect. Thank you very much that there are still people who really want to do their job well!
