Prescription for 3 boxes of antibiotics... they scan the barcode on the electronic prescription, but they only give me one box. They say they have to order the other 2. I go to collect the 2 missing boxes a few days later, and they tell me they can't deliver them because more than 5 days have passed since the prescription was issued... But you had already scanned it days before, when it was still valid... there was no need to pass it on again, you had to limit yourself to giving me the missing and already counted boxes! Now I find myself having to request a new prescription, and having to skip the antibiotic for a day because thanks to you I ran out. I respond to the prompt response... the fact that my partner came to collect the medicines for me does not mean the situation was not understood. If the recipe was processed on 9/11, on that date you took charge of dispensing 3 boxes, not just the 1 that was delivered to us... What prevented you from entering the expiry date and batch of the package yesterday, at the time of collection? The other 2 boxes would clearly have been paid for yesterday upon collection, if that was your concern. Should we have shown up at the pharmacy for collection with Covid?

An evening pharmacy in the center open every day is a real fortune! Nothing serious has ever happened to me, for goodness sake... but for a fever, dysentery, chronic sinusitis which stresses me out, etc... you always have a point of reference.

Entering a pharmacy and being welcomed like a family member, being advised on the most suitable product, being greeted with a smile and best wishes for getting better, this is what happens here; Maybe it's because you're no longer used to courtesy, kindness, passion for your work and you're surprised when it happens. It should be the rule, but it's not like that in many places.

Make a request for an urgent product via the Pharmercure app with delivery in the morning by 12.00 (delivery from 10.00 to 12.00) and, at 11.45 the pharmacy calls you saying that the delivery will take place after 5pm because it is not there before driver availability. They guarantee delivery from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Of course it can happen but if I had known before I would have organized it differently, also because I needed the product urgently and I am unable to leave the office personally. However, I accept, even if reluctantly. I wait in the office and, at the agreed time, no one shows up. At 7.30pm I close to look for a pharmacy: all of them are already closed. At 7.45pm the driver calls me saying that he is in front of my office and, annoyed, he tells me that I am wrong, because the delivery was until 8.00pm. Extremely false, because this is indicated on the site: Delivery type: Afternoon slot between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. He tells me they will deliver tomorrow but late in the morning. Crazy, if you don't know how to do this job, change your job. And, for customers, go to the pharmacy first!

This morning, I went to the Dr. Ferrero Collegiate Pharmacy for a rapid unhygienic COVID test. The pharmacy staff is extremely kind, helpful and absolutely prepared. I received the instructions for the test very clearly and I also got the result in record time. I highly recommend going to the Pharmacy to purchase drugs and medicines
