Arrogant and know-it-all owner and undoubtedly not very familiar with IT. With the number of the electronic prescription I was told that the prescription was blocked by another pharmacy (I explained that it was certainly an error because I had not presented the prescription anywhere else). When I went out I downloaded the prescription in a point where the internet received and I sent my husband to collect the prescribed medication. Obviously the prescription was not blocked and in the same pharmacy they delivered the medicine which could not be collected 10 minutes earlier because the prescription was blocked according to them.
