Not professional at all. Today they gave me an antibiotic for bacterial infections as a solution to a pool allergy problem. I had clearly explained that I have had this problem for years but having lived abroad for years, I didn't remember what I used before in Italy, apart from that it began with "rino". I trust them, so I take what they give me but once I get home, calmly, reading the leaflet, I realize what it is. I go back to change it no more than half an hour later, but the lady who sold it to me refuses to change it, insisting that in Italy everything that begins with "rino" is antibiotic and in any case allergy products they are "stronger". Of course, it took me a moment to discover that there are various products that begin with "rino" and are not antibiotics... Oh well, worse for them: they lost a customer for wanting to sell what, then? A 9 euro product? Well... I understand this country less and less! Update: I understood why they behaved like this: it's a "municipal" pharmacy.... Usual story of the place being "guaranteed" whatever you do, or don't do!

Even though they are indicated among the FARMACAP pharmacies for the screening arranged by the region, they reject patients using laughable excuses "we have problems with the portal". You can see that they are better at selling clogs than at prevention

After a long time I review this pharmacy and I usually give 5 stars but I can't for various reasons I'll try to enter but the pharmacist in question was in the warehouse and therefore obviously couldn't open the door for me He sees me from the camera facing outside And the first thing he says to me as soon as I enter is 🧭Good morning, yes I noticed you and yours Exaggerated neckline👌 I feel terrible inside myself Because I'm coming in for some mosquito spray And plasters Anti-mosquito plaster and I find this unsolicited comment but I move on and smile From behind my ffp2 mask Let's talk, I'll try to make her soften up And she is struck by knowing many names of medicines, including homeopathic ones, and I explain that I am very good friends with another pharmacy Known and central in Rome And at that point she smiles at me with her eyes because as fate would have it, she is also a friend of this other pharmacist. Morality and Well-kept pharmacy Excellent pharmacist But we don't come to the pharmacy for trial I could have had brindle hair and a turquoise glitter shoe But I'm still a customer Who comes there Who needs help And not feedback like this I wanted to write it a few months later (it was June 2021) And I'm sure that whoever served me will understand well who reviewed But I want to give you this advice People need EMPATHY It's an important thing I hope this can make the doctor think, who with that sentence gave me a great shot of sadness But then perhaps he understood when speaking to us than under perhaps skimpy clothes There is always one person A thousand thanks It took me a long time to write it Because mine is intended as advice
