I don't go there anymore because they are rude, not all pharmacists of course but a good part. Even though I promised myself not to set foot in the pharmacy, this morning, after a long time, I went back to buy a supplement. I was served by a more unpleasant and rude doctor. I didn't buy the product and left. I ended up purchasing it online. If you can, go to another pharmacy

They never have new milk on Sundays 1 When I advised them to take more, they replied that if they don't sell it, what would they do and that they would prefer to order less😂😂 I told them that in the end they will sell it since it's the second time I've needed milk on a Sunday for my son and they don't have a cell.. and the gentleman who is on duty at the moment replied to me that it doesn't concern him.. pure madness, in addition to great rudeness

Some idiots, at least the "pharmacist" I met. My wife in the emergency room in labor, they ask me to look for an open pharmacy for a certified quick swab, I arrive on Sunday at 6.00 not a soul around, I kindly ask to take a swab explaining the situation. He replies that he cannot carry out the swab because, and I quote: “And if while I'm taking the swab (i.e. between 20/30 seconds) someone comes to the counter, what do I do?” I repeat there wasn't a living soul around. You don't really have a minimum of sensitivity but how have you managed to get by until now?

For the lady to hang up the phone because they are busy in the shop is not the way. The Spagnoli pharmacy which is just ahead was much more courteous and helpful. 01/29/2024 at 5pm
