A few years ago the management was clearly superior. Kindness and courtesy were almost wasted. Lately, although the pharmacy is well stocked, the staff is absolutely unwelcoming towards customers. I received some very unpleasant sarcastic responses from young staff, which was indecent. Luckily there are many pharmacies in the area and the staff is much friendlier.

Always very courteous and prepared. They give advice and are available for every need. Really good Doctors.

I've always gone because it's close to home but the staff don't even pay to smile at you, even the availability leaves something to be desired... the fact is that you're dealing with people's health.... Zero empathy except for the "oldest" doctor there, the kindest; the area of ​​pharmacies is full…. Good job everyone!!!

Exhausted by endless battles, stunned by the 30° temperatures on October 10, 2023 in Turin, close to the Alps, on the brink of a world conflict etc etc well, the Municipal Pharmacy was an oasis of peace as well as managed by attentive "curators" and kind. In particular I thank Doctor Noemi who, when blinded by the sun I made the wrong entrance, immediately understood, smiled and indicated the correct one.

Terrible service. The doctor who gave me the receipt was not able to apply the 15% "birthday" discount that arrives via text message. The queue was created, the calculations were wrong and in the end it "burned" my discount and I even paid 25 cents more than the full price of the products. I don't recommend it. They must take a refresher course to use IT tools. The tax code is not indicated on the receipt but only the card number of the municipal pharmacies and the café does not accept it. Never again.
