Always friendly and helpful
Regular customer never found anything to complain about. Always available to solve problems even if they are not within their competence. Maximum cleanliness. If sometimes we have to wait, never for long, it is understandable especially in the summer period. Never heard a complaint from anyone during my visits. Thank you for being here.

Bad, really bad. Let's call to make sure first that they carry out the health card pin recovery service. We go to do it and when it's our turn the pharmacist nonchalantly informs us that she can't do anything because, in exact words, "she has been to the seaside and doesn't have her health card with her, which is necessary to access the service". No, are we kidding??? You, a municipal pharmacy employee, don't provide me with a service because you've been to the sea??? And she even resented it! Crazy stuff.
I found what I wanted, but the lady wasn't rude, much less polite and didn't even say hello after I paid, spending 50 euros among other things. I will definitely go back to shop in the other 2 pharmacies.
