Cool place for drugs and medication

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked with medications and various items. Very convenient all day opening hours, too bad we need more parking in the area or with a parking disc.

I called to get information on how to get a swab test and how the green pass works. My partner and I are from the UK and wanted computer scientists. A lady answered, I asked her if they do swabs to get the 48 hour pass, she immediately got impatient and kept me waiting for 3 minutes. Ok…. Then she returned to the phone, and after asking her how to book the swab to get the 48-hour pass, she snorted, telling someone "I can't handle this" and passed the phone to a male colleague of hers. I, in disbelief at his response, said, "Sorry but I don't think I asked anything that stupid." The gentleman said they were very full and apologised. Now, I understand everything, but why does a person have to be so rude? I'm very sorry but this lady from the pharmacy, who answered the phone at 10.15am on 8/11/21 was truly rude and arrogant. Teach this lady kindness because she will make you lose customers. Don't worry, I won't set foot here. I don't want to feel bullied or treated like an idiot by anyone. Wrong person.

I mostly use this pharmacy because I know they have everything I need even if it's small. The only flaw... I called 3 days ago to find out if they had a medicine for cats (they are not always available elsewhere) and no one ever answered me. Sometimes they were busy, other times they didn't answer me... Now I can understand the covid situation and bookings for swabs can be quite difficult to manage especially if only one pharmacist is on duty but then a line is temporarily set up just for that otherwise people like me who had to know just one thing would end up going somewhere else and thus losing the customer, right?! However, apart from this thing, I have a great time and the staff is very kind
