The best
It is an excellent pharmacy especially since Dr. Molare arrived who is an expert in homeopathy and natural remedies, always kind and always willing to give excellent advice, very practical in everything relating to medicines and treatments, including alternatives to common drugs. She is a person who combines practice with kindness, I recommend everyone to turn to her for advice and explanations.
Rude and arrogant, not to mention sulky, they don't say hello, there's only one kind doctor, but she's almost never at the counter. Two weeks ago I went with a regular prescription for a drug to my 80 year old mother there were two listed on the prescription, but they only had one at home, the doctor tells me to pass the beginning of March calmly, I point out to her that the prescription was expiring, but he confirmed that he would have given me the missing medicine without problems. Today when I come to pick it up he very rudely tells me that it can't be done because the life commitment has expired, I felt cheated... if these people worked in the private sector or in Switzerland they would have already been fired! They should do before any other refresher course they would need a course on education and kindness!!!
Zero education and patience, the gentleman who served me was annoyed because I had the recipe on my cell phone, he got impatient and slammed everything I took on the counter... including my cell phone and debit card at the end of the payment, huffing and puffing all the time. When working with the public and especially in the medical/pharmaceutical field you should have more tact, sensitivity and education. I didn't tell him anything because I didn't think it was appropriate. But I definitely won't go there again if I can!
Very rude, I greeted 3 times with "Good morning!" but no response, I showed a blank prescription to the doctor who sent me on my cell phone, but in a very rude manner the doctor told me that it was of no use. I asked her if she would help me find a solution as it was a very important medicine, but she sent me away. Now it's fine to respect the rules, but at least a little education. For the record, another pharmacy in Verbania, incredibly, at the first good morning they replied greeting me and kindly found the solution. To never again!
