I have never had a bad experience in the pharmacy, the staff is courteous. As far as the external vending machine is concerned, it always has a problem, it doesn't accept coins, you put in banknotes and it doesn't give back the change nor does it show any remaining credit.

What a shame that some staff members of a public business, as important and delicate as a pharmacy, are not at all empathetic and affable, especially in front of a feverish and visibly exhausted customer. Total coldness of the "director" who, despite the fact that I was given incorrect information on the phone, thought it best to harden her position, moreover with evident annoyance which is ill-suited to any relationship, even less in contact with the public and a pharmacy, instead of meeting the customer, at least with an attitude of displeasure, welcome and understanding. Really very saddened. Evidently he doesn't care about keeping customers, it's clear that such attitudes discourage returns, leading with conviction to favor those who are not only rich in good relational practices, but also flexible.
