I went to the pharmacy advising them that I would have to quickly take some medicines for the fever, since I am alone at home, a problem for many. I arrive hooded and with my mouth covered by layers of sweaters and scarves, they behind the glass immediately reproach me for not wearing a mask, they tell me shouting "that I'm making them spend Christmas sick!" I tell her that I am negative and that I have finished them as there is no longer any obligation and that in any case it is a normal flu, and they force me to wear it. She disinfects her hands after touching my health card and then doesn't even touch the credit card, disgusted, underlining again that "I make her spend Christmas sick" and scolding me in front of all the customers. You don't treat people like that, there is a way and way of saying things, I was in difficulty and this is your job, you could have said it in a much more professional way. rude and in very bad taste!
