Absolutely rude staff, argumentative and unhelpful. I inquired about Covid antigen tests, they lied to me claiming - they’re the only one in the area. I found one nearby where the staff was a billion times more considerate and helpful. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Go to Rozzano, the pharmacies are better.

Avoid this pharmacy. The staff are rude and argumentative. The only reason people shop here is because it's inside the shopping centre. If you need help or advice do not go here. Plus they lied and said they were the only place outside Milan to do antigen tests which is not true, I walked into one 10 mins away and had my test done by polite staff. Poor service, poor management and vile humans. Avoid avoid avoid.

Well-stocked pharmacy and also easy to reach. It's a shame that the experience is completely ruined by the antipathy and grumpy manner of those who work there, demonstrating that people make the difference, both negatively and positively. Luckily there are alternatives in the area not too far away.

I went to the shop to buy an electric toothbrush, the staff very kindly followed me and advised me on the purchase, I noticed that the shop is very well stocked and tidy with a wide range of economical alternatives too. I'll be back

I don't usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved! I only went to this pharmacy once, last Sunday (October 22nd), around half past 9 in the morning when I was in a huge hurry, and I had even forgotten the name of the product I had to buy. Luckily the lady present there was able to understand exactly what it was based only on the description of the symptoms to be treated and the appearance of the box that I described to her!!! Very efficient and professional, as well as kind - it would be nice if all pharmacies and shops had employees like this! Nice service!!!
