I go there because I'm close but every time they answer you in a rude way!! You're bothering him, he should close it

On 24/12/23 around 5.40pm my wife started to feel unwell, she had a fever of 38.5. Having nothing at home, I checked the open pharmacies and the only one was this one, which closed at 7pm. Since I live far away I arrived at their place by running at 6.45pm but at the entrance there was a guy from Security who told me that the pharmacy was closed and they only let in those who had a ticket... there were 7 in line people (1 family of 4 and 1 of 3). There was nothing that could be done, they closed ahead of time (as I had already seen). Desperate and angry, I call my wife and she tells me about the Med Market near the Foot Locker, I go there and discover so much kindness and much better prices than this pharmacy! You probably had to call the police because the opening times must be respected and the hypermarket must not lend staff to your whims. As far as I'm concerned, you can close tomorrow!!!

I'm giving 1 star because you can't do less. Bad experience, very slow serving staff, 20 minutes each time. Not recommended

I went on a Sunday morning to buy Ventolin with an ongoing asthma attack. I didn't have a prescription but I had the old package used up. There was no way to buy a new one because the pharmacist complained about the absence of a prescription and the fact that I wasn't feeling well at all wasn't enough to sell the drug. So for a doctor the target at that moment was to enforce the bureaucratic rule in force and not to lend oneself to treat a patient in difficulty. Better a bureaucrat at the counter then, rather than a pharmacist doctor. To be avoided if possible, they won't treat you if you're sick...
