Unfortunately my experience was TOTALLY negative. I purchased a contraceptive from this pharmacy that I was supposed to take while traveling. The day I was supposed to start the administration, I was in the middle of the desert in Africa and I realized that the pharmacist had sold me a medicine with the wrong dose (obviously I had a prescription, so the prescription was not read carefully). I can imagine what the problems resulting from this oversight were. When I returned from the trip I went to the pharmacy to point out this VERY SERIOUS mistake, the pharmacist didn't even offer me a refund, which I had to claim. An experience as surreal as it was shameful.
I am giving one star, but given that it is a pharmacy it deserves 0. I went into this pharmacy with my mom to buy a couple of over-the-counter medications. The first thing I noticed was the lack of care towards the customer, the doctor continued to talk to one of her colleagues even while she was serving us. The most serious thing was when my mother politely requested confirmation that the two drugs had been downloaded to the tax code and the doctor said: "Ma'am, I should have done it, of course, it took you 20 minutes to get the tax code... ." 1. I am always convinced that if a person is not able to stay in contact with the public by being arrogant and rude, they just have to look for a job more suited to their abilities, because serving customers is not a trivial thing and ESPECIALLY FROM EVERYONE. 2. Is point 1 even more valid if we are talking about a pharmacological/healthcare environment? Luckily my mother defended herself, telling her: "Actually, I'm the one who had to wait 20 minutes before I needed it." In fact, as I wrote above, when we entered they didn't serve us immediately, even though there was no one there before us. Then, only later did he double-check that he had added the tax code, but in an annoyed way (not to say worse otherwise they'll delete my review). I would have liked to buy a cosmetic from them, but I changed my mind with everything that happened, in fact I pointed it out to her by telling her that I would go to another pharmacy, since the doctor was so annoyed and my mother and I bothered her so much "I disturb". In summary, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, I know it can be convenient for those who go to the Coop, but I can assure you that in the area there are many other pharmacies worthy of receiving you and your money.
Coda must be said of a pharmacy, you show up with a prescription and they give you the drug, they are competent but they can help you up to a certain point then you have to go to the doctor.
Very courteous and professional. The pharmacy is always well stocked..
