I brought a test for Serena Prevention, an envelope to keep in the refrigerator this afternoon. They told me that the delivery can only be done in the morning, from 8.30 to 13. I asked if they could kindly keep the envelope for them until the following day, since it is not possible for me at that time, I was told no. I went to the pharmacy next door and they were very kind. Very bad experience

Undoubtedly the best pharmacy in Turin. Always open and equally fully stocked with every type of product. Excellent service, zero waiting times, great attention to prices always within everyone's reach and trained, friendly, courteous staff who welcome you with a smile and helpfulness. Highly recommended, here the customer is truly treated like a king!!!

On many occasions I have felt good at this pharmacy but not tonight. I don't question the competence but the pharmacist was incredibly unpleasant, if I could give 0 stars I would!

After 30 minutes of queuing, I paid €35 ​​for a box of lactic ferments. The exact same product online costs half as much. At least with all the money they make they could take on one more job.
