On April 29, 2024 in the afternoon I purchased a supplement for the dog. When I got home I realized that the seal was missing and therefore it had already been opened. Given my imminent departure for the bridge and not being able to return immediately, I made every effort to to notify me of what had happened. Unfortunately, to no avail. For many days no one ever answered. Upon my return to Turin I went with the receipt and product but despite my all documented phone calls they told me that I had to notify them immediately. It cost 39 euros and due to the dog's urgent need I had to buy another one in Liguria. I have already turned to those responsible so that the negligence of these pharmacists does not happen again. Shameful and arrogant. .

I went to get Tachipirina and vitamin D for a two month old baby who had to have the vaccine. I ask for the dosage for a two-month-old newborn weighing 4,800 kg and they tell me: ask whoever gives you the vaccine. Alright then. I arrive home on the day of the vaccine, in the evening the fever rises, I go to take the Tachipirina and, reading the leaflet, I realize that it was not suitable for newborns. Shocking! Good thing I checked! As the dosage was just wrong for a newborn! Change job! Which is better!

A public service that never answers the phone so I sent an email to book a veterinary drug on April 30th... they replied on May 11th. Nothing to add.
