I've been going there forever, it's close to home, the staff is friendly, helps you and advises you. Clean and bright room.
Kind and knowledgeable staff, who know how to best recommend medicines suitable for the pathology. Falcombello Giorgio
I'm speechless! My husband came today to collect a VERY IMPORTANT and dare I say "life-saving" medicine he had booked for a very serious condition I am suffering from, and he found the pharmacy closed for holidays since 7/23.... We are still at 22nd afternoon! It cost a lot to warn you that you would only be open in the morning! You are really terrible!
Very rude when I called for information on rapid swabs. It's true that the recorded message tells you to call another number, but if, as soon as you've finished dictating the number, the message stops and the pharmacy answers, I don't think it's right to be blamed for having called them. Furthermore, being told to 'use your head' just because I didn't know it was 'forbidden' to call the pharmacy for information on swabs is extremely insulting. Maybe they, who are professionals, find it natural, but I, having the first swab for my 5-year-old daughter and therefore without any experience of the procedures, did not believe I would cause such serious damage to the pharmacy's operations for 1 minute of conversation watch (which however lasted due to the unexpected outburst of the 'poor and reviled' pharmacist on duty... Then considering the money that people leave him (and which he would certainly prefer to spend in other ways) perhaps a little kindness wouldn't hurt. Unloading stress on the first person who passes is not a sign of maturity but only of poor habit of managing emergency situations. I had been a customer for almost 40 years. I was.
This morning there are 7 people inside with covid still circulating and an ongoing flu epidemic. When I protest, the doctor responds rudely by telling me to watch less television and to shut up. Inadmissible! I leave without purchasing. I'll change pharmacy.
