Terrible night service. At 05:00 this morning (23/04/2024) I arrive in front of the pharmacy (widely lit) I find the only button, adjacent to the only window without a shutter, which, having no indications, I believe is for night calls. I press several times and wait for a quarter of an hour in the rain but no one appears, I call the pharmacy number but no one answers and so I leave. But what night service is it?

I am deeply disappointed with the night service. The "pharmacist" (if you can call it that) on duty treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. He spent the time insulting me and raising his voice at me, despite my calmness and request for explanations since I don't have a degree in pharmacy. I was treated like a sewer rat. Whether you are right or wrong in a discussion, you must always treat your interlocutor with dignity and respect, which was not done last night. He went so far as to threaten me with not giving me the drugs. This kind of blackmail and abuse of power is really unprofessional, since if I show up at midnight it's because the requests are urgent and my partner was really sick. If I hadn't let myself be treated badly then he wouldn't have given me the drugs and my partner would have suffered all night. This abuse of power is totally unforgivable and I deeply regret the experience I suffered. Interesting how he first tells me that a drug is available and then changes his mind and tells me that he no longer has it. Normally I would have believed this statement but given the pharmacist on duty I doubt the veracity of his words. Ps: he had 1 drug out of 3 that I asked for, they aren't even well stocked. Go only if you are desperate and willing to be treated badly to get expensive medicines.

The pharmacist on the night shift between 14 and 15 July 23 proved to be absolutely terrible, both in terms of availability and bureaucratic awareness regarding his work (according to the emergency room of the CTO of Turin, various doctors consulted and other pharmacists ). Furthermore, he behaved in an extremely rude and arrogant manner with people wearing collars, visibly shaken by a car accident he had just suffered and the subsequent evening spent in the emergency room. It is advisable to avoid this pharmacy as much as possible.

9/11/23 - 7.45pm (references to trace the clerk on duty) Such an unpleasant person that if it hadn't been the only pharmacy open in the area I would have left empty-handed. I needed guidance in purchasing but was treated like a stupid waste of time. Only go if desperate.

I went in the evening during the theoretical opening time and found it closed. It doesn't seem right to me for customers who may have traveled miles. Update the times here on maps!
