Bad experience unfortunately. The pharmacy is well stocked and the female staff is friendly. The owner's son, on the other hand, is arrogance personified, he doesn't know and doesn't look at the prescriptions (he didn't want to give me a syrup claiming that it couldn't be given while on the pediatrician's prescription and on the package it was written as big as a house that it was pediatric syrup ) is also very superficial as he often presents similar or clearly different products (claiming that they are in practice the same thing when this is not the case) and also when he makes a mistake rather than admitting it and simply apologizing (it would certainly make a better impression and would make himself certainly less unpleasant), places the blame on anyone (client who didn't say, pharmaceutical case he didn't write, colleagues who didn't inform and/or warn him etc. etc.) and furthermore, in clear defiance of the code of ethics, he doesn't NEVER wear the prescribed gown. I and several acquaintances, after going to this pharmacy for some time (only because it was close to home and each time hoping not to be served by him) finally decided to change. We sincerely prefer to travel an extra couple of hundred meters and maybe have to order a product every now and then and have to wait, but at least we avoid having to deal with the same thing. Among other things, we noticed from the reviews, without any surprise, that we were not the only ones who had seriously complained about this gentleman's attitude. It's a shame that, sometimes, an entire business has to lose out due to an individual's way of doing things.

Nothing to say about the pharmacists, who are always very friendly and professional, but the owner and especially her son should take a bath in humility and review their attitudes, bordering on rudeness, arrogance and unprofessionalism.

Excellent pharmacy near the "Molinette" hospital in Turin, highly recommended both for the wide range of products and for the professionalism and kindness of the staff.
