In my very personal experience I found it difficult, as it is not nice to have rude answers from someone who should be a professional. And I wanted to remind the owners that paying with the POS is absolutely the customer's right, just as it is an OBLIGATION for traders, and must not be a reason for annoyed reactions on your part.
