A really nice, spacious and welcoming pharmacy. Trained and very kind staff, both for COVID swabs and for the sale of products. My experience is entirely positive as they also provided me with support and reassurance regarding some medicines. Top ✨
Unprofessional. Got the swab done by them and it seems to be at a fishmonger's. They have long waiting times, only 1 hour to give the documents and not because there were so many people but they didn't care about the patients waiting outside while it was drizzling. Among other things, rude and aggressive while taking the swab (I had a headache for a whole day). I'm sorry to write this review but it mainly concerns the rapid swab service. Having taken a negative swab from another facility, I can say that patients are treated with respect and competence, something that is lacking in this pharmacy.
