I visited the pharmacy in need of pain relief medication, but was met with incredibly rude behavior from the staff. Throughout the entire interaction, he did not utter a single word to me, nor did they even make eye contact. Instead, they glanced briefly at my prescription, handed me the medication, and completely ignored my attempts at gratitude. This lack of basic courtesy made me doubt whether the medication provided was even appropriate for my needs. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, which was sorely lacking in this instance. The behavior is unacceptable.

June 14, around 6pm. There was a man who was around 45-55 years old and wore glasses. He was skinny and had a terrible attitude towards service. He told me that Italian law states that a bottle of facial cleanser cannot be returned or exchanged at the entrance of a pharmacy and I thought, I exchanged it for a bottle for dry skin. Within 2 minutes of leaving with the receipt, I discovered I had purchased the wrong product, I returned to exchange it as the law states that no refunds or exchanges are allowed in pharmacies. This is disgusting, I'm never coming back。How did you find working in a pharmacy? If you are discriminating, you should not work in an Italian pharmacy. The pharmacy represents the attitude of an entire country towards medical care. If you don't want a job go home, you are not suited to this job for Italians.

The pharmacy is well stocked and the staff is friendly and competent. In addition to standard products, they also find niche products (if they don't have them, they'll order them straight away). Doctor Silvano is always available, kind and friendly. But the icing on the cake is Dr. Linda: in addition to doing her job well, she knows a lot about dermatology and knows how to guide the client to make the right choice. In my case it managed to improve my skin with a few important measures. He always knows how to advise without forcing. She is always smiling and cheerful. Thank you available and patient

I rarely dare to review activities, but I have to say that this time it fits! I go to get some eye drops and after paying with the debit card I sanitize my hands, for a random reason the sanitizing gel shoots straight into my eye (an eye recently operated on and with risk of corneal rejection). I immediately feel an absurd burning sensation and ask for the possibility of going to the bathroom to rinse the eye. I notice the icy coldness of the pharmacist who is struggling to provide assistance and after a moment of reflection she takes me to the bathroom and in disbelief she witnesses my evident state of panic and is hesitant to believe that it wasn't me who touched my eye. I think an iceberg would have melted more easily. I remind the lady who took an oath, below I report what the order of pharmacists says -The pharmacist, in any professional act and in any case in control and advice activities, acts according to science and conscience and in compliance with the law. He must offer maximum availability and courtesy and provide the assistance permitted by law and suggested by feelings of human solidarity. She's probably getting confused between being a shop assistant and being a pharmacist.
