I often go to this pharmacy because I am welcomed with kindness and smiles on my face!! Professional staff, always ready to listen and give advice. They make me feel at ease. Well done, and thank you for everything you do to make the customer feel like a friend!!!

Second time I go there, second time it was better if I stayed at home. Spending money on products that are useless and cause a fuss even if you go with a doctor's prescription. Change jobs, it's better

I went to this pharmacy on a Sunday afternoon as it was one of the few open. I showed up with cystitis asking for the antibiotic I usually take to treat it. Not having the prescription, the pharmacist did not sell me the antibiotic (which I can also understand), but the treatment I received did not satisfy me at all. The pharmacist didn't ask me any kind of question (intensity of the pain, how long I'd had it, etc.), I had to ask her if she had other medications to relieve the pain/discomfort at least to get to Monday morning and go to the doctor to get me make the recipe. She gave me a drug recommended by herself, as "personally for me with this drug it brings relief already at the second dose"; it was a natural medicine (which he didn't tell me and I only found out later). Obviously the drug didn't do anything, I had to resort to an anti-inflammatory for my own sake, because she obviously wanted to sell me the drug and didn't recommend an anti-inflammatory to feel a little better. She showed zero empathy... from woman to woman who has had cystitis and knows what it means, I expected at least the politeness of not being made fun of and finding myself with a fake, expensive and ineffective drug. Surely if I need it again and this is the only pharmacy open on duty, I will not return! I'd rather go to the emergency room. When they say work only and exclusively for money without caring about who is in front of you.
