I would like to thank the new director of the pharmacy. Very professional person with great kindness and helpfulness towards everyone. In this pharmacy I always find great professionalism on the part of them and I want to thank them, aware that their work is anything but "light". The staff, almost always all female, offers that added value also in personalized advice which in my opinion makes the difference. Good prices and frequent offers. The long-haired lady is always very kind and helpful. They are all cute. Prices are good and they often have offers. They work a lot so if sometimes they can be tired I think it's human but in any case they always carry out their work with humanity and professionalism.

Now I avoid going to this pharmacy, even though it is a stone's throw from my house, so as not to be treated in an unpolite and grumpy way by a pharmacist with glasses and gray hair. Is it possible that no manager teaches her how to deal with people?! Because by reading the reviews they are losing a lot of customers…
