Very friendly, helpful and prepared staff. Doctor Michela helped me find unavailable veterinary drugs. Impeccable professional with a strong empathy towards the customer, rarely found in other pharmacies. I will happily return.

Pharmacy already frequented because it is close to home. I wouldn't have given a negative review if it weren't for the experience I just had. Returning from the sea, a doctor on holiday, I need a mephoral-based drug. Today is Sunday. Already sold on other occasions without a prescription from the same pharmacy. Not today, today they don't sell it. I would agree if the rule were always applied, not when the pharmacist on duty decides. Let's add to this the lack of kindness. It's probably not a big problem either for me, who will buy what I need in other pharmacies, or for the pharmacy which will now have one less customer and won't even notice.

Negative experience, after 20 people in line and the reservation to purchase 2 masks for today, they tell me that they haven't arrived. Put up a sign first right? Why do you make people wait in unnecessary queues who shouldn't even leave their homes, and what's more, I had to travel by car to get there? To my complaints, it was time to do the shopping in the nearby supermarket, when the sign outside magically appeared. Things are done well or they are not done. If you take reservations, please also ask for a contact number and notify people if the product is not available. Zero stars.

Well-stocked pharmacy, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is a counter for cup reservations and three other stations for drug distribution. The queue is smooth, I would recommend - however - to separate the queue for the cup from the one for medicines by means of specific signs. It's true that they invite you to ask those in line what they should do but not everyone is kind.
