Every time he meets, he seems to spread confusion among customers and his colleagues due to his incompetence and surly responses. Fortunately, there are also very young pharmacists who are able to handle the situation competently, making the pharmacy experience more pleasant and professional.

One star because you can't do less. It happened by chance and I will never go back. The older pharmacist with an arrogance and rudeness never encountered in a shop. Very long waiting times and above all the way in which customers are treated is absurd and rude. Luckily, the youngest pharmacist came to our rescue who, with speed and preparation, got rid of the queue and solved a couple of trivial problems in which the owner of the pharmacy had gotten lost. For goodness sake, never again.
