Farmacia Manziana

For a few years now the pharmacy (the only one, by the way) in Manziana has changed, yes but for the WORSE! Unlike in the past, you will now hardly be able to find any medicine without ordering it first. Evidently the new management does not consider it appropriate to have stocks of medicines, except those that it will certainly sell. But this opus operandi undermines the very purpose for which a pharmacy exists, namely to have medicines when they are needed and not after a few days! Furthermore, the terminals are never updated with the doctors' instructions regarding life-saving drugs and very often customers who are legally entitled to them are told that that particular life-saving drug is not available or cannot be given. In short, rather than go on like this, offering a DISSERVICE rather than a service, if I were the owner I would frankly consider CLOSING it. I don't think there is much else to add.

The pharmacy is large but despite this there are never any medicines, you have to order even the essential ones. The staff is rude, obnoxious, sloppy and listless, they don't care about the customer waiting to be served. I politely asked for a sample of a supplement, they replied that the samples of that product had been out of stock months ago but for a lady who was clearly a friend they had several... Unspeakable, they deserve 0 stars

I can say that the staff is very helpful and very polite (except one, who is always grumpy and always seems to be gnawing at their backside but I think the way they behave is part of their character), lately they seem more well-stocked, there is hardly any shortage of medicines

I went to the pharmacy to get Tachipirina and dental floss and they didn't have either... terrible assortment in general... unsmiling and uninformed staff

Always understocked and the pharmacists are really sad and unpleasant people
