My trusted pharmacy for competitive discounts and for the chats exchanged with two very friendly pharmacists. For drugs it's ok, for dermocosmetics or beauty products there isn't much choice.
Rudeness, the rest was thrown on the counter. Manners are key in the realm of work, regardless of occupation.
Municipal pharmacy with reduced prices but truly indecent for the service offered. Slow and uncaring, they preferred to chat on the phone or with a customer than to speed up service since a long queue had created.
Professionalism, availability and courtesy; constant attention to customer requests makes the municipal pharmacy in via Petrillo a point of reference for those who need treatment and assistance. I recommend it to everyone.
Always open and always well stocked as well as very helpful. 😉
