I give 1 star because zero is not possible. Rude, overbearing, ignorant and rude! This is the third bad experience I have with them in the space of 1 year and I have decided to review and obviously not go there again! I have never seen such ignorant resources do this kind of work. Never kind, always rude and lazy, especially the manager/owner who should also be a doctor. Every time I give you the feeling that they are doing you a favor, not that they are offering you a service, right?! (also a delicate one, among other things). The first thing they do when faced with a misunderstanding is SCREAM, they attack the sick patient who enters the pharmacy to buy treatment! They need to change management! This time I was slow to hand over the health card, the Lady closed the account and gave me no chance to recover HER mistake, she wanted to put a stamp and wanted me to write my tax code in pen, adding that they are NOT obliged to ask for the health card, with the pretense of reason and also naming the police "112", who cares about her that I could have been reimbursed and that maybe next month I could go shopping with that money?!? Every time I went I also had to order medicines, so what's the point of having a pharmacy like this in the area? It's no use, it's better not to have any and change the area rather than leaving our livers with anger every time. The pharmacy must not close, THEY must leave! Disgust ...

NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PHARMACY... X THE FAULT OF A "LADY" WITH ZERO STARS.... I went there because of the friendliness of the doctor or owner who is usually there and because of the doctor from the Cup, both very kind, friendly and professional, and I have never had problems with doctors who I have always found kind except for one, but from now on if I see her I will go 10 km more and I will gladly do it so as not to go there anymore and find that doctor a little big, 45/50 years old, blonde and wearing glasses, arrogant, presumptuous and rude.... DOCTOR!!!! ARE YOU WRONG TO NOT GIVE A regularly paid drug AND SAY THE CUSTOMER IS RUDE AND FOOLISH??? ONLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE A DEGREE DO YOU THINK YOU CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS???....YOU TAKE A LOT OF HOLIDAY IF YOU DON'T KNOW BEHIND A COUNTER AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS....NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PHARMACY NEVER AGAIN WITH THAT "DOCTOR"......KICK HER AWAY

It is a pharmacy that is always open 24 hours a day. The staff is kind and cooperative. I had an emergency at night and they helped me. I couldn't have done it without them. Don't close the night service, please!!!
