The dr. And employees are very rude to the customers specially for us “stranieri”.i experienced they are angry of me because i cant explain very well in italian what i want to say despite i already show what kind of medicine i want to order. And one time my wife who was 8 months pregnant was waited about 15 minutes outside standing in col weather while the employees are chating only with the customer inside.luckily a good italian telling them that they have many customers waiting outside including a pregnant woman and they are just chatting with the customer who already bought his needs. I hope that you will give them an actions because not only me or us are the clients who saw what kind of service they does.i know that Lloyds pharmacy will take it seriously because of your good crendentials.
