Very kind and helpful. Great location with side-by-side parking. Everything very nice and tidy
Staff always friendly and attentive. They never deny clarification to any doubt. Well-stocked pharmacy. I have read negative comments regarding the slowness of the service, I wanted to remind these people that it is a pharmacy not a supermarket. If a person needs clarification on a drug it is right that they take the time to give it to them.
Excellent location in the town center, with convenient parking next door. Clean and tidy, all products are clearly visible and well arranged, easily inspected. The service at the counter is extremely professional, polite and kind. I found availability, care, speed, which is difficult to find elsewhere. The doctors are well informed about over-the-counter and pharmaceutical products.
More than rude. Asking for guidance about vaccine reservations, it looked like I was waisting their time. They made me feel uncomfortable. At the end of the day, they should help every single client... Extremely rude. I contacted them to ask for support on the vaccination campaign and they made me understand that I was wasting their time. They made me feel really uncomfortable. The worst pharmacy in Italy. I have visited countries all over the world. Such a slow service seems to annoy you when you enter kilometers long queues even without the Covid19 emergency. You go to Faenza.bagnara di Romagna, Lugo, Brighella and other world. I have been living in Cotignola for 3 years, everyone complains but no one says anything. DEFINITELY NEXT TIME I WILL GO TO FAENZA OR BAGNARA DI ROMAGNA. FOR POSTERITY THE HARD JUDGMENT...Please reply.. Fabrizio
