Usually I've always had a good time at the counter, but the CUP service is flawed, if outside it says in big letters that the number for the CUP must be taken inside and then after 10 minutes of waiting alone I ask for clarification (and I underline : me, none of the 2 operators at the counter bother to inform me) to the pharmacist and I am told that the CUP number must be taken outside and it is the same as the counter, what to say? Then, despite the lack, even a little more kindness wouldn't hurt. The pharmacist at the counter was tired and annoyed, I'm sorry but it takes more patience and attention to do certain jobs.
Open on Saturday afternoons, in a quiet area, super convenient and a friendly pharmacist... thank goodness they're there!
Always found well except in recent months when new people have arrived to serve at the counter. In addition to not being human with people's needs, one of them ALLOWED herself to give a medicine over the counter without asking about the pathologies! ONLY ASKED IF THE PERSON IS AN ADULT. BUT ARE YOU CRAZY!@@@ Diabetic, hypertension and anticoagulants and antibiotic treatment are in the leaflet as a list NOT TO TAKE. TO FINISH AT THE PS, WE HAVE BEEN SICK BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULT! WE HAVE ALWAYS TRUSTED the advice of the pharmacy staff. We need to be more scrupulous in asking, knowing and not giving medicines at random as if they were sweets just to make money.! You are young and inexperienced, ask those around you who know more than you and can teach you!
Truly excellent service, with at least 3 people serving behind the counter, the waiting period is always really short. Also supplied with many over-the-counter products and always many offers. Not a small advantage is the possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity. Adjacent you can find: bakery, minimarket, bar.
Rudeness and lack of availability. This is my personal experience. If you want to try then don't come and say "you were right!" There are pharmacies with staff more suited to the purpose. I explain to the ladies who will read the review that the aim is to serve and make a healing/treatment process easier, whatever it may be. The compensation for this job is more than excellent. I am the sick person (all of us who approach with a medical prescription) so your first duty is understanding and availability. And where possible help. Thank you
